1918; New Orleans was haunted with a real-life boogeyman, a serial killer who attacked only at night. He was responsible for 12 attacks, 6 of which were fatal. He only killed his victims when they were sleeping and he never used his own tools. Instead he used items found in the victims' homes, most commonly an axe...
